Landscapes & Vistas

I enjoy rural landscape photography as a hobby. It allows me to appreciate the beauty of nature and capture it with my camera. I find it relaxing and calming to slow down and observe the scenery. It is like a form of meditation for me, especially in this hectic world.

However, it is not always easy to get a good shot. There are many challenges and skills involved in rural landscape photography, such as lighting, composition, weather, and equipment. I will share more about these aspects in my upcoming blog posts.

Landscape refers to a wide view of natural or urban scenery, usually with a foreground, a background and a horizon. Vista is a similar term, but it implies a more distant or panoramic view of the scenery, often with a focal point or a dramatic effect.
